well today i had a thought on what weapon to give the disruptor similar to its original wich is the SonicZap (sadly with its original it generates a dreadful Internal Error from Waveclass, and i cant use Hyper's disruptor patch because it gives me "Failed To Initialize" error if some could tell me how to fix this thad be great) anyway i was thinken of changing the Disruptors fire animation to that of a Green/Blue flame (flame animation from the Devil's Toung) i can duplicate the flame animation but i dont know the code to change it to a Green/Blue Flame and i also dont now how to make last the duration of the original Sonic weapon, the reason for the flame weapon on the disruptor is because they both have almost the same way to cause damage since each keeps knocken off health the longer thier attack duration biggrin.gif well what do u think? can yall help me with this tongue.gif

My original idea had been to give it the Green/Blue Laser animation and set the Details to Normal (in order to prevent the Laser waveclass error, and of course ive had ion cannon waveclass in the past but thier rare of course they still need a fix) but the Laser is way to freakin thin on Normal Detail settings and even though its Transparent it wouldnt be all wavy like the SonicZap so it kinda wouldnt really be a suitable animation for the Disruptor confused.gif

hmm, thats interesting this mod didnt come with a modified EXE. Its a personal mod and ive played it in the past without this fix, but it doesnt have a EXE, with it some of the sounds i added to the units and buildings are from the firestorm expansion campaign, as well as the animations but it doesnt make sense i wonder why it didnt work i made sure everything worked correctly. confused.gif
