Improving Pavement Dimensions, Editing how big the pavement is Options

Hello all,

I was wondering if it was possible to create a new building, called something like "Massive Paving", where the paving is like twice or thrice as big as the original, or if it is possible to increase the size of the original paving, and how this would be possible.
