Too be honest, I don't think a cnc movie would be a good idea. Like Joe Kucan said, I don't know what the story on the big screen should be. You create the story in your own room playing the game. (Or something like that, dont want to put much effort in literally quoting him).
CnC is a game, like it should be...

Though it would be kinda cool...
