Background Pic Options

I need a background pic from someone with the following:

Resolution: 1024x768
Theme: Cabal
Colors: Dark Blue and Black
Show's might or strength of Cabal

I want to use it in a Cabal theme i'm making, I will credit whoever's one I choose.
Here's the cabal theme so far.

MAJOR Progress is being done, Darkstorm is helping me out a lot (He's letting me use his CABAL Cursors), I got a good sound scheme (CABAL saying different things when something happens, like when you turn your computer off he says "Battle control offline" and stuff like that.), I got a background that is 90% done just need to add some things.
Overall Progress: 84.5509% Done
Edit: I don't know how to create a new Windows start bar and things like that, if someone could help me out that would be good
