What program do I use to edit/create shps? I shwish to make some new infantry for my own mod, and then some matching buildings.
I'm asking because a certain person won't help me (I'm sure it's because I'm annoying him too much lol.). His name has two words in it. The first starts with a T. The second starts with a B.
