Possibly because they used the same engine.
At any rate, the AH-1 Cobra differed from the UH-1 Iroquois in that it was slimmer and designed specifically as a helicopter gunship, therefore more maneuverable than the bigger Huey. At present, the USMC uses the AH-1W Super Cobra. The US Army has phased out their Cobras in favor of the Apache gunship.
I digress... It's a nice voxel.
