cliffmaking, its hard

Minigunner Group: Members Posts: 18 Joined: 30-March 08 Member No.: 1,135 Favorite game: Tiberian Sun	maybe im just dense....but im having a very hard time getting cliffmaking..at all......i know there is a tool that level surrounding terrain with a cliff....but leaves things looking stupid....i was wondering if there was any other way to mnake cliffs...i mean the terrain part....so its not just a bunch of cliffs coming up out of nowhere.....

Also don't repeat cliffs facing the same direction many times. This is called "straight cliffs". You should try to keep a general of not using more than three cliffs facing the same direction.
