Is there any way to dis-able the use of Super Weapons when playing against the computer in Skirmish mode?

If you're playing on the 360, you'll have to set them on easy and have them on balanced. I never got any patches for my game though, so that may not work for you anymore.

Although, playing it on easy, especially without having an enemy with a super weapon, just isn't fun. I played a game on brutal once and no one built super weapons, and the game became too easy. I don't recommend having your enemies fight you without super weapons.
