Modding CnC3 on the 360., Can it be done?

Is there a modding program for the game on the 360? Seeing as the 360 is similar to the PC, couldn't you clone a program, put it on some kinda' disk, and then download it? If you had one of those clip-on hard drives, couldn't you apply the program to that? EDIT: Like how you can add new maps to Halo 3. This post has been edited by Scorch: Feb 8 2008, 10:55 PM
