Yeah, it is true that the nerdiest and just, geeky people, become good leaders. One rare exception is General H. R. McMaster. Good man, led the attack on Fallujah.
If I remember correctly, some over 2,000 insurgents were killed, none spared, while under 20 U.S. soldiers died. That's how good he was. Me, I try to do that in CnC games, but that doesn't make me a geek, it means I'm a strategist, because it takes alot of skill to do something like that. BTW: My Dad was a friend of H. R. McMaster in Germany. They were both in the Big Red One, and McMaster was only a Commander back then.
EDIT: Even 20 U.S. deaths is too much, but 2,000 for only less than 20? If people would just start to understand and listen to others, this wouldn't happen, right?
