PCX's Problem, PCX's wont show up.

Flamethrower Infantry Group: Members Posts: 133 Joined: 25-April 07 From: malaysia Member No.: 928 Alliance: Nod Favorite game: Tiberium Wars	alright guys, i have a little problem in PCX files. actually i have make a new dbak6440 and try to replace the existing ones but the new background image won"t show up in menu. it appear into a black colour. take a look at below picture. this is the standard ones right. when i put this PCX on mix. it turns into this. whats wrong? i need someone to tell me why this is happens, i also uploaded the PCX here, maybe someone can check it is there anything wrong with it. please help me!! In photoshop it's under Image>Mode>Indexed color (as opposed to RGB colour).
