bugs galore!! Options

I can't figure out why my game won't work but its giving me tons of grief
I just need something to hold me over until UaW comes out but
1. I launch TW I go to the online mode, and the custom games screen never loads the information, it just shows the template, then it disconnects
2. I sit on the automatch screen waiting then it disconnects
3. if I actually manage to get into a game the host can't establish a connection with me
4. If I try to change rooms it disconnects
5. If I try to join a game then leave and try to enter another it disconnects
6. If i'm in the skirmish it crashes after about 5 minutes and gives me an error message.

any help would be appreciated.
I know its not my internet, I have cable based with a really fast connection speed. It just doesn't like me

I don't. The only thing I have is a wireless router (I'm on a laptop) and it doesn't block the IP.
besides that doesn't explain the problems with the offline play.
