hi,

im new here but have been modding for years, but currently ive been having lots of problems adding shp's into the game, i managed to add one with the help of an experienced modder, but 2 others i have attempted have come out with bad results, these are the cobra one which can be seen at this link: www.tiberiumweb.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1838 and the GDI fortress tower found here: www.tiberiumweb.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1806.

The main problem caused is after adding the GDI fortress tower the game crashes at the loading game screen, the cobra one had no problems except for the fact it wouldnt show ingame.
I believe it is something to do with my rules.ini and art.ini files.
The shp files i downloaded are in the file ecache04.mix

Here is my rules.ini and art.ini files so you will be ablke to see the problem:

ive added all the files including both the ecache files for the cobra and the fortress, any help will be greatly appreciated, thxs

ive now edited the except.txt file

I had a chat over MSN, get rid of the invalid Primary= and Secondary= tags,that did nothing new. I also looked at the except.txt, got the same as Hyper, it just points to the BuildingClass, nothing specific.

If you have firestorm extract the files from expand01.mix
