Tech Level, Help would be appreciated

Technician Group: Members Posts: 5 Joined: 23-November 07 From: Australia Member No.: 1,052 Favorite game: Tiberian Dawn	Howdy, I'm new to TD mapping and all, it's a good hobby But I'm stuck with something, How can I set the tech/build level on my TD missions? Get this, I've tried setting the "Build Level" tag under "Carry Money" but to no avail Hi-five to anyone who can solve it or point me in the right direction
