Adding overlays, Smudges actually Options

Hay guys! I recently made some dead body overlays as eyecandy but I can't seem to get them to show up in-game. But they show up in the editor fine

And as I said, they show up in the editor, just not in-game. And it's not a palette problem as there using the isotemp.pal as they should.


Anyone know what the prob is?

If you are refering to the dead bodies that appear after the death animation then, thats not what this is about. These are dead bodies that can be placed on maps as eyecand, not to be spawned on death.

So, simply put, these are put just as you can place burnt and craters on a map for looks, without something blowing up. And it works fin with the craters and the burnt just not with my dead bodies, which are coded, as far as i know, in exactly the same way.

well, almost the same way. Mine does not have Crater=yes or Burnt=yes in their code for the reason that they shouldnt appear on explosions.

oh yes, btw, the corpses are only brown in the editor beacuse for some reason it reads them in the unitem pallete.
