Wot I'm trying to set it up as is a process, so that every idea / submission must get community feedback before it's officially "accepted" into the mod -
otherwise, people would be able to submit anything at all, whether or not it's good quality enough, or suits the theme of the mod... this takes a lot of the weight off my shoulders, so I won't have to say to someone "No, that's a bad idea, because I said so"

must, if we want this mod to progress somewhat smoothly.
