The Story is kinda secret, cause it will feature a new campaign (maybe not in the first release, but it will be there). The only things i can tell you is what i´ve already said. So, here´s the overworked concept:
***LITTLE STORY OVERWIEV***
First of all, start with the REUNITED, the survivors which formed a alliance to protect theirselves from the f*cked up ISS (International Security System), that was installed all over the world to protect the whole world from wars, etc.. But now it went crazy and try to kill the humans (the campaign will tell you, why it has gone crazy).
***THE NEW "TIBERIUM"***
One thing, it still looks like tiberium, but it´s blue... Now they are ENERGY CRYTALS, caused by massive energy outputs... what isn´t rear, you know, all the robots and new techniques etc... yeah... For Humans it can be dangerous when they are near it, cause this massive energy isn´t healthy for em... yeah, sounds like tib.. Value=50 ; reunited harv: storage=10 ISS harv: storage=3

**Buildings**
*CONSTRUCTION HALL* Cost: N/A Power: 0 Usage: Building Production Description: Used to create Buildings, it has got an ordinary build technique.
*POWERPLANT* Cost: 800 Power: 100 Usage: Powerplant Description: A normal industrial powerplant, used to produce small amounts of power. A simple technique.
*FUSION REACTOR* Cost: 1500 Power: 200 Usage: Powerplant Description: The Reunited soon found a way to get rid of those energy crystals... They use ´em as a power source to produce high amounts of electricity.
*ENERGY TURBINE* Cost: 300 Power: 50 Usage: Powerplant Upgrade Description: After some research the Reunited found out how to increase the energy output of the Fusion reactor.
*CRYSTAL CATALYST* Cost: 2000 Power: -80 Usage: Refinery (Storage:40) Description: They soon found another way how to use the crystals: They were able to produce different materials out of those crystals, cause they contain lots of chemicals and stuff (im not a prof.)...
*CRYSTAL STOCK* Cost: 800 Power: -10 Usage: Tib. Silo (Storage:60) Description: This is a simple stock for energy crystals. Their refinery has just got an emergency stock.
*HEADQUARTERS* Cost: 1000 Power: -10 Usage: Barracks/Radar Description: The foundation for some good armed soldiers and a well planned strategy. The tactics central recruits new men to fight for them and it saves the data of already scouted areas.
*MACHINERY* Cost: 2500 Power: -50 Usage: Vehicle Production Description: Not many industrys or facilities weren´t destroyed or controlled by the ISS. It was hard for the Reunited to find a full-automatic machinery and copy it, but they did it.
*RESEARCH CENTER* Cost: 2000 Power: -100 Usage: Research of advanced techniques Description: The Reunited uses this building to research advanced techniques, like the ones the ISS uses, to have a better chance to survive. The machines etc. inside takes alot of power.
*EM CANNON* Cost: 2000 Power: -200 Usage: Short circuit enemy Description: This cannon is deadly for the ISS, because it can short circuit their whole full automatic base. It was created by some scientists at the research center.
*STEALTH GENERATOR* Cost: 2500 Power: -300 Usage: Base Stealthing Description: This generator needs some powerplants to work.... yeah, that´s a lot, but it can stealth your entire base, while the stealth generator can be seen at the radius of 10 fields.
*ENERGYFIELD CONTROL* Cost: 3000 Power: -500 Usage: Protect base from intruders Description: The most complicated technique from the Reunited is the ENERGY-FIELD. They must build this control to activate it, nothing can cross it.... (it´s like firestorm gen.)
*ROCKET SILO* Cost: 3000 Power: -100 Usage: Superweapon Description: It´s rocket is called "Final Strike". It´s filled with energy crystals to devastate the enemy base.
*SANDBAGS* Cost: 10 Power: 0 Usage: Base Protection Description: Sorry, but I won´t describe sandbags!
*OUTPOST* Cost: 400 Power: 0 Usage: Base Protection Description: This is a armored outpost, equipped with a heavy mg to stop the ISS troops.
*MISSILE SITE* Cost: 600 Power: -30 Usage: Base Protection Description: Long Range, medium firepower, sh*tty armor.... that´s all, you know how to use it
*EM-BEAM TOWER* Cost: 1000 Power: -80 Usage: Base Protection Description: This Weapon uses EM-Power to crush everything electrical in seconds. It´s useless against infantry, but... who cares? The ISS doesn´t have infantry!
NOTE: I MAYBE WILL ADD MORE BUILDINGS, BUT THAT´S ALL I HAVE RIGHT NOW!
**INFANTRY**
*TROOPER* Cost: 120 Weapon/Damage: MP/22 Strength: 100 Description: This is the standard Troop. The Reunited don´t use standard armor. They use very heavy armor, which make´s the troops slower, but now they can resist lots of bullets, they don´t die after 1 or 2 shots.
*SNIPER* Cost: 250 Weapon/Damage: HE-Sniper/40 Strength: 80 Description: Not that heavy armored like the trooper, he has got a powerful HE sniper rifle to give big damage to the enemy.
*TECHNICIAN* Cost: 500 Weapon/Damage: EM-Pistol/Can short circuit enemy vehicles for short time, damages buildings Strength: 70 Description: With his high-tech Equipment he can occupy Tech-Buildings (and now they will be useful) and repair buildings within seconds. He has an EM-Pistol to protect himself.
*INFILTRATOR* Cost: 600 Weapon/Damage: C4/ kills buildings Strength: 30 Description: He hasn´t got a good armor, just some on the shoulder and the legs.. but he is stealthed. This technology took the reunited loots of time to research. He is very fast and can crush a enemy base all alone.... but only if he keeps stealthed.
*CAPTAIN* HERO UNIT Cost: 1000 Weapon/Damage: Heavy Laser-Weapon/ *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* Description: Heavily armored, big gun... That´s what i call a hero unit. He´s the captain of the reunited, carrying a big laser cannon, he is very slow, but he has got a energy shield, that regenerates itself (Just wanted a story for Selfhealing=yes).
**VEHICLES**
*ASSAULT TRUCK* Cost: 800 Weapon/Damage: Heavy MG / *NOT SURE* Strength: 315 Description: This truck can carry 4 passengers. it has a good armor and can be used to escort soldiers.
*MLRS* Cost: 900 Weapon/Damage: 4 small rockets / *NOT SURE* Strength: 188 Description: A fast scout unit equipped with a rocket launcher to whipe out small troops.
*SUPPLY TRUCK* Cost: 1000 Weapon/Damage: NONE / NONE Strength: 450 Description: They use this vehicle to collect the energy crystals, they are heavily armored but they don´t have weapon systems.
*MOBILE SENSOR* Cost: 1000 Weapon/Damage: NONE / NONE Strength: *NOT SURE* Description: This sensor is needed to see underground movements of the ISS or to scan the area for enemy troops.(you know that thing)
*HEAVY TANK* Cost: 1200 Weapon/Damage: Heavy Tank Cannon / *NOT SURE* Strength: 400 Description: "A good old tank, simple but effective", thought the reunited... so they developed one with very heavy armor.
*PULSAR* Cost: 2500 Weapon/Damage: Pulsar Cannon(leaves plasma clouds) / *NOT SURE* Strength: 300 Description: The Pulsar fires Plasma balls that remain energy that strong, that it can burn through steel. It´s the highest technique of the reunited!
*PHASE INTERRUPTER* Cost: 1000 Weapon/Damage: MG, Phase interrupter (stops aircraft) / *NOT SURE* Strength: 150 Description: This vehicle has got a mobile stealth generator that will deactivate when it is deployed. It´s equipped with a phase converter and a mg!
*MAMMOTH TANK* Cost: 2100 Weapon/Damage: 2 cannons, 2 Missile Packs / *NOT SURE* Strength: 500 Description: The most deadly unit from the reunited, you can crush an enemy base with 2 or 3 Mammoth Tanks. Mammoths fire a massive plasma beam that burns through everything! but..... a snail is faster
*MIS (MOBILE INFUSION STATION)* Cost: 1500 Weapon/Damage: light MG / *NOT SURE* Strength: 500 Description: The MIS repairs vehicles inside the heat of the battle, it has got a light mg for self defense.

*CENTRAL COMPUTER* Cost: N/A Power: 0 Usage: Building Production Description: The Central Computer is powered with a small reactor inside itself and is building constructions.
*COLLECTOR* Cost: 800 Power: 150 Usage: Powerplant Description: Sucking engergy out of the ionized air this building is one of the best.
*SUCKER (DEPLOYED)* Cost: 1000 Power: 30 Usage: Mobile Powerplant Description: Suckers can dry energy out of the ground and can feel enemy movements near them, deployed they have got less armor but a secondary weapon.
*REFINERY* Cost: 1500 Power: -50 Usage: Refinery Description: Same technique as the reunited´s crystal catalyst, but it can´t store that much crystals. It´s a much smaller version
*ROBOT-FACILITY* Cost: 2500 Power: -100 Usage: Vehicle Production Description: The full-automatic robot-facility from the ISS can produce robots fast and efficient. It needs a lot of power and is very expensive.
*GROUND SCANNER* Cost: 1500 Power: -50 Usage: Sensor array, radar Description: It detects every little movement over a large area, nothing can hide from this building.
*DRONE PLATFORM* Cost: 500 Power: -30 Usage: Aircraft facility Description: The fast drones of the ISS can dock here to reload. Very fast automatic system.
*REPAIR BAY* Cost: 1000 Power: -80 Usage: Repairs Vehicles Description: An automatic facility that repairs vehicles, robots etc. The reunited don´t know how it works.
*LASER MATRIX* Cost: 2000 Power: -250 Usage: Tech Center Description: The Laser-matrix is used to develop the advanced laser technologies of the ISS. it needs a lot of power, but it´s very useful
*TRANSMITTER* Cost: 3000 Power: -300 Usage: Superweapon Description: The transmitter is a contact to a geo-stationary sattelite that is equipped with a deadly Laser cannon. It´s one of the deadliest weapons of the ISS.
*THE CORE* Cost: 4000 Power: 0 Usage: Builds Defender Description: The Defender is built here: The deadliest and most destructive weapon from the ISS. He can crush a base all alone, but he takes time to build, that´s his weakness! The Core has got it´s own reactor.
*LASER FENCE* Cost: 500 Power: -50 Usage: Base protection Description: This massive Laser wall can´t be crossed, the controls of the laser fence must be crushed to deactivate it.
*FIRE EMITTER* Cost: 300 or 500 Power: -10 Usage: Base protection Description: This one is deadly for humans, everyone that steps to near to it will burn!
*SHREDDER TURRET* Cost: 800 Power: -30 Usage: Base protection Description: A fast firing cannon, that find´s it target itself. Filled with small H.E. shells it can stop enemy troops.
*LASER-RAY* Cost: 1500 Power: -150 Usage: Base protection Description: This big laser turret needs a hole powerplant to be propelled. It´s huge laser can even crush the biggest enemys!
**VEHICLES**
*HARVESTER-DROID* Cost: 300 Weapon/Damage: Claws / *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* Description: A stupid droid that is only able to harvest energs crystals for the ISS. It can defend itself with it´s claws.
*GUARDIAN* Cost: 900 Weapon/Damage: Twin-MG / *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* (maybe 230) Description: This Robot was created by the Humans to protect theirselves, but now the ISS had a total crash and this robots won´t protect humanity.
*SUCKER* Cost: 1000 Weapon/Damage: MG,AP-CANNON / *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* (maybe 250, deployed 150) Description: A very multi-functional robot, it has 2 weapon systems, can dry power out of the ground and link it to the ISS Base and heals itself in energy crystals.
*HUNTER SEEKER* Cost: 800 Weapon/Damage: Self-Destruction / *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* (maybe 50-80) Description: This droid is one scary development, it rushes to it´s enemy and uses a self-destruction.
*FIREFLY* Cost: 600 Weapon/Damage: Twin-Flamethrower / *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* (maybe 150) Description: Want toasted humans? Call this guy!
*LASER MINE* Cost: 1000 Weapon/Damage: Laser Explosion Self-Destruction / *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* (maybe 80, deployed 30) Description: This Mine can´t be seen when it is deployed, cause it digs itself into the ground. It explodes in a big laser explosion.
*COLOSSUS* Cost: 1400 Weapon/Damage: Heavy Twin-MG / *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* (maybe 430-480) Description: A big battle robot produced by the ISS to fight in long battles. It has got an excellent armor!
*ASSIMILATOR* Cost: 2000 Weapon/Damage: Unknown Technology / *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* (maybe 230) Description: Not many is known about this robot, it uses a weapon technology never seen before, it can destory organic life emmediately. But it damages all in his way, even allies.
*STINGER* Cost: 1200 Weapon/Damage: Lasergun / *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* (maybe 150-200) Description: Many people didn´t know how they died... It´s because of the stinger that can move in the underground.
*ATLAS* Cost: 2400 Weapon/Damage: 6 Heavy Cannons / *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* (maybe 400) Description: The ATLAS-Mech... when you see him, just run...
*SUPERNOVA* Cost: 3000 Weapon/Damage: Heavy Plasma Artillery / *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* (maybe 600) Description: When the ISS is bored with those little battles, they use this one to clean up the battlefield.... believe me, i saw what it can do!
*DEFENDER* Cost: N.A. Weapon/Damage: Very Heavy Plasma-Railguns / *NOT SURE* Strength: 1000 Description: --NO INFORMATION--
**AIRCRAFT**
*HUNTER* Cost: 800 Weapon/Damage: Small MG´s / *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* (maybe 120) Description: Small troops, that don´t have good AA Weapons haven´t got a chance against this fast hunter.
*VULTURE BOMBER* Cost: 1000 Weapon/Damage: Plasma bombs / *NOT SURE* Strength: *NOT SURE* (maybe 200) Description: A little fast bomber that is used to destroy little not defended outposts.
