Buildings? Options

I have been searching the mixes and I found out that nearly every building has a 3rd damaged frame, is it possible to add that last frame then the health bar reaches red? If not the 3rd frames could be good add on to maps.

abandoned buildings from the last tiberium war, like the TD ones you see in TS
