There is a mod i saw on ppm, that has long since been inactive, as well as the creator of it. if i wanted to take his/her mod core, and make it ALOT better(mainly the confusing story) and go public and put it into production, who else would i ask if i could "take over" if he/she isnt online anymore?

Because ive kinda already started it, but i want some help with it, and i also want to go public with it. i think it could turn out to be really cool if you fixed up the storyline.

I haven't gotten that impression of Space Marine at all. Yea I'd make sure Banshee knows what you're doing, so that no one tries to hang you from the stocks thinking you're stealing someone's work.
