There is a mod i saw on ppm, that has long since been inactive, as well as the creator of it. if i wanted to take his/her mod core, and make it ALOT better(mainly the confusing story) and go public and put it into production, who else would i ask if i could "take over" if he/she isnt online anymore?

Because ive kinda already started it, but i want some help with it, and i also want to go public with it. i think it could turn out to be really cool if you fixed up the storyline.

its called "spectrum one". i think red_rebel was the starter of it. i sent him a pm today asking about it. The whole mars thing he has going on doesnt realyl fit into the story, and i think they coulda done a better, alot better, job with the story. the story is here if you are intrested......
