i won the GDI and Nod campaigns but i still can't play the scrin campaign. why?

Here's a 'cheat'...

Go-to: [YourDrive]:\Documents and Settings\[YourUsername]\Application Data\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Profiles\[YourProfile]

(Note that you may have to enable "See hidden folders in the XP options menu")

Place the following attachment there...
