i won the GDI and Nod campaigns but i still can't play the scrin campaign. why?

i think i know what happened. when i got the game my lappy was down for repair and finished the GDI campaign. i didn't want to start over so i copy/pasted my profile onto the laptop. which means i have to redo the entire GDI campaign. the thing i was trying to avoid. CRAP!!!!
