Ok so some racist @$$hole decides to write a very racist slur on a students locker, and that victimized student goes way over the top in his reaction. He decides to sue the school for *dramatic pause* 5 MILLION DOLLARS!!!

Seriously people there were CBS and NBC news vans at the school doing stories and stuff.

I personally think that the guy went way over the top with the suing (correct word?) of the school and everything. Like I know that the "N Bomb" is a very horrible thing to say but c'mon, 5 million dollars. I dont think my school even has 5 million dollars.....

well regardless of who did the school IS suppose to keep their facilities clean. so during the school day their staff SHOULD have noticed something like that happening in the first place. but if it happened at night then the school have made sure things were blocked off or locked with those hallway gates and stuff.

so in a way the school could have a little part in why this happened but still they shouldnt get drilled like that for it. and 5 mill is WAYYY too much to be suing the school for in this case. and probably in any case for that matter.
