pretty straightforward question, i think.

i'd have to go for #3 myself, always liked them, but dutch schools dont have uniforms.

I wounldn't have a big problem with them if theya ctually served some purpose, but tell me, in a small town school where nothing bad happens and there are no gangs, what is the point, eh?
