1. Open up XCC Mixer and go to the .MIX file where your voxels are.
2. Once you've found the voxels and the turret (and/or barrel) that you want, extract the turret, the barrels if there are any, and most importantly, the voxel file. Also extract the HVA files that have the same name as the voxel.
3. Name of files (I will use my mammoth tank as an example. There were no barrels used.):
Rename the files to the names.
A. Vehicle Voxel- RAILMAMMOTH.VXL
B. Vehicle HVA- RAILMAMMOTH.HVA
C. Turret Voxel- RAILMAMMOTHTURRET.VXL
D. Turret HVA- RALMAMMOTHTURRET.HVA
4. Create a new ecache and expand file using XCC Mixer, make sure it is a number that is not used. For expand, make sure it is 02-99.
5. Place the voxels and HVA files in the ecache file and compact.
6. Place the ecache file in the expandXX file and compact.
7. Place the expandXX in your tiberian sun directory.
8. Make a new art entry in ART.INI (I won't show how since I'm too lazy.)
9. Make a new unit entry in RULES.INI
10. Check the 'Adding a basic tank' tutorial if you want to see how to put the tank in the rules.INI file.
11. Play the game and enjoy your modified tank.

the thing i want to know is how to make new units like the light tank from RA1 :( but this helps a lot though thanks smile.gif
