remove the damage from the weapon.
give it a new warhead with a new explosion anim. Give this new explosion anim in art.ini (create a new entry for the anim) "TiberiumSpreadRadius=1" and "TiberiumSpawnType=TIB3_01". (take a look at [METDEBRI] or [CRYSTAL1] in art.ini how it is done there)
finally don't forget to add the new anim to the end of the [Animations] list in rules.ini.
If you have FS add first all firestorm anims at the end of the [Animations] list and then your new anim. (Give the FS anims new numbers when adding them to the end)
